Delivery
Our order cut-off point for all delivery services is 3pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. We endeavour to despatch all orders placed before this time on the same working day, however due to the amount of orders placed (especially after the weekend), sometimes this is not always possible.
Standard Delivery, in most instances this is 1st class post & only applicable to 10ml e-liquid products. Estimated delivery of between 1-2 days.
Royal Mail 48 Tracked, estimated delivery of between 2-3 working days from despatch (no signature required) SMS and/or E-Mail Tracking Notifications & designate a safe place to leave your parcel. Please note that tracking numbers supplied will activate from around 4pm onward on the day of despatch.

Please note that the Royal Mail 48 Tracked Services are the business account equivalent of 2nd class post and this does not represent a 48 hour service from ordering to delivery to your door.
Working days are classed as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 3pm on Friday may be processed over the weekend but will not be despatched until Monday.
Some delivery services require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.
If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you. For tracked services, you may designate a safe place to leave the item, which is at your own risk.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. At peak times, especially around Christmas and Public Holidays, and during bad weather, deliveries may take longer than anticipated to arrive. We will provide tracking numbers for the relevant delivery service used. Although we will assist you in any way we can, we cannot be held responsible for any delays experienced, we offer no guaranteed delivery times and do not refund postage fees for late deliveries.
Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you.
We may at our discretion, upgrade the postage option for orders of significant value or heavy items, we will not charge you any extra postage fees for this.
We may provide your telephone number and/or e-mail address to the nominated courier for tracking purposes and for them to notify you of an approximate delivery time.
Returns policy for defective or damaged goods
1) If you receive damaged or defective goods, or an item is missing from your parcel you must inform Juice Bomb E-Liquids via email or phone call within 48 hours. Claims made after this time period will not be accepted.
2) The goods must be returned to Juice Bomb E-Liquids. On receipt, we will test and inspect the product, if the item is defective we will offer you a replacement in the first instance, or if the product is no longer available we will issue a refund including your postage fees. If the goods are deemed not to be defective or the damage is caused by misuse, you will liable for any costs incurred returning the goods to us.
3) You must return the goods to us with the original order number via recorded delivery and fully insured for the full value of the goods. You have a duty to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession.
